An eclectic gathering of musicians performing musical styles from around the world.
November 15 - Intertribal Gathering – Free Admission
In the tradition of the Pow wow, indigenous storytellers, dancers, drummers and performers gather to perform works from their cultures.
December 3 - Holiday Bazaar - Free Admission
Discover a bountiful array of contemporary and traditional Native arts and crafts available for purchase just in time for holiday giving.
December 10 - Make it and take it: Native Art Workshop Extravaganza
Celebrate Traditional Native Arts with hands-on projects.

January 9 and 10 - Indigenous World Film Festival
Indigenous films from around the world presented on two screens. Film makers, actors and other participants highlight the making of selected films.
February 14 - Heroes of Human Rights: Celebrating the Legacy of Elizabeth Peratrovich
A day dedicated to honoring the significant contributions made to the Alaska civil rights movement by Elizabeth Peratrovich and others.
March 7 - Iditarod Day
A Day to Celebrate spring on the way! Enjoy an afternoon strolling through our heated village site homes, listen to stories in our theater, watch an Agutuk or "eskimo ice cream" making demonstration and try some for yourself, hear the drum beat of the Alaska Native Heritage Center Dancers, all happening Saturday, March1!
March 21 - Multicultural Drumming and Dance Celebration
Drumming and dancing celebrating the drum and its central role in indigenous cultures.
April 11 - Contemporary Native Performance and Visual Art Celebration
Visual art, live performances, engaging storytelling and dramatic presentations focus on the cultural connections among Native groups across the country.
