When is ANHC open?

How much is admission to ANHC?
WINTER ADMISSION RATES | Sept 15, 2024 – May 10, 2025
During the winter season, the Alaska Native Heritage Center asks for a $10.00 donation to support our cultural programming. Your donation helps us to sustain our extensive and essential community-based work, such as Master Artist classes, internships, apprenticeships, workforce development, and culturally grounded healing services.

After 4pm discount: 50% off ticket price
FREE: Children aged 4 and younger, ANCSA members (must present ID), Indigenous individuals (must provide proof of tribal enrollment or Tribal ID), and Southcentral Foundation guests.
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets are available for purchase here. Tickets are also available for purchase at the Ticketing Desk when you arrive to ANHC.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Masks are encouraged for those who choose to wear them but are not required for guests to enter the Alaska Native Heritage Center. Our staff do our part to keep the Center clean and sanitized on a regular basis.
How do I get to ANHC?
We are located at 8800 Heritage Center Dr. in Anchorage, around a 7 minute drive from the Tikahtnu Commons.
If driving: From the Glenn Highway, exit at North Muldoon Road. From Tudor Road, drive east on Tudor, which becomes Muldoon Road. Continue driving straight over the Glenn Highway and then take the first right. (You will see an Alaska Native Heritage Center Sign) Keep driving a bit further until you reach our parking lot, where we have ample parking including reserved Elder parking.
The Alaska Native Heritage Center is operating a FREE round-trip shuttle from downtown Anchorage to the Alaska Native Heritage Center. Downtown pick up locations include the Log Cabin Visitor Center Downtown, the Anchorage Museum and the Alaska Native Heritage Center.
