Named after the Dena’ina Athabascan word for “I’m Hungry,” Café Di’eshchin features an assortment of menu items including coffee, sweet treats, and more! With a focus on sustainability, storytelling, and a blend of ancestral knowledge with innovative twists, menu items will explore elevated Alaska Native traditional and contemporary foods. We honor our value of connection to the land by utilizing Indigenous-inspired and locally sourced ingredients to share our cultures and stories with one another. Menu items are subject to change. Café Di’eshchin is located at ANHC on the outside deck.
