When is ANHC Open?
We are open with free admission for the winter season, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed for select dates.
How much is admission to ANHC?
We offer free admission in the winter season. Check out our summer admission rates below:
Adults $29 (18-64)
Seniors $25 (65+)
Children $19 (Ages 4-17)
Alaska Resident Adult $14
Alaska Resident Child $12
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
It’s not necessary to purchase tickets in advance. Tickets will be available at the admissions office when you arrive to ANHC.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Yes. To protect the safety of our visitors, interns, and staff, all guests are required to wear a face mask at all times while visiting ANHC.
How do I get to ANHC?
We are located at 8800 Heritage Center Dr. in Anchorage, around a 7 minute drive from the Tikahtnu Commons.
Our complimentary shuttle service has paused for the 2021 season. Check back for updates
If driving: From the Glenn Highway, exit at North Muldoon Road. From Tudor Road, drive east on Tudor, which becomes Muldoon Road. Continue driving straight over the Glenn Highway and then take the first right. (You will see an Alaska Native Heritage Center Sign) Keep driving a bit futher until you reach out parking lot, where we have ample parking including reserved Elder parking.
If you are not driving, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to ANHC.
